#4 eating or drinking: I started drinking lemon water this week. I have always heard that it is supposed to boost metabolism and the immune system. It also makes drinking water less boring.
#5 goal: I haven't been able to run this week because Lydia is on winter break and we have had something going on every night when Brad gets home from work. Soo instead I have been doing planks. I have just started off with a minute. I have been doing this twice with other ab exercises.
